6 - 8 P.E.

 
     6 - 8 meets once per week.
  • We will alternate activity lessons with a fitness activity each week.
  • Our activities will include advanced concepts and strategies with a variety of team sports.
  • Our fitness lessons will develop muscular strength, flexibility and endurance through challenging workouts.
  • Understanding fitness/wellness concepts will also be an area of emphasis.
  • We also perform fitness testing in the Fall to establish baseline fitness levels, analyze the data collected to identify areas of growth, set fitness goals, and finally develop a personalized plan to achieve fitness goals.
    • We retest in the Spring to discover if the fitness plans were effective in achieving their fitness goals.
