Volunteering Opportunities
We use the TrackItForward app to list the dozens of school programs and events needing parent volunteers throughout the school year. We ask every school family to please visit our St. Louise TrackItForward site: www.stlouiseschool.org/signup and scroll through all the opportunities to get involved with your child’s school while supporting the teachers, staff, and chairpersons who count on your help for their programs and events to succeed.

Some volunteer opportunities are limited to just a few parents, so don’t wait — sign up early to secure the roles that interest you most. The staff member or fellow parent in charge of your selected opportunity will follow up with details.
If you have questions about how to sign up or about volunteer requirements, please contact the Parents' Club Volunteer Coordinator or Mr. Black, the school principal.
Volunteer opportunities are also shared regularly in the Weekly Bulletin, teacher newsletters, and staff emails. However, the TrackItForward platform provides the most up-to-date and real-time listings of open volunteer needs.
Remember: All families are expected to volunteer a minimum of 40 hours between July 1 and June 30 each school year.
Thank you for the time and energy you contribute to St. Louise Parish and School — your support makes our community stronger!
