How to Submit Volunteer Hours
Saint Louise School uses an application called TrackItForward to sign up for volunteering opportunities as well as to log the required 40 hours per family per year.
Anyone can sign up to volunteer at TrackItForward, but to enter your hours, your family must have an account. Each family will have one account — only one primary guardian will enter the hours for the family. That guardian should use the same primary email address provided to the school for official communications.
On the Events page, you’ll find:
- Ongoing opportunities such as recess duty, library help, or office support (no specific date)
- One-time volunteer events presented in calendar format
The Page Looks Like This:

When you sign up for an event, you’ll see this confirmation screen:

Primary guardians can set their password by clicking on "Forgot Password? Reset it." An email will be sent to set your password using the primary email address on file with the school.
If you are not the primary guardian — for example, a grandparent or student volunteer — click "Sign-up without an account". You’ll enter your name, email, and any notes for the event organizer. Please notify your family’s primary guardian so they can log the hours.
Once a user signs up for an event, the organizer will be notified automatically.
Using the Mobile App
If you’re the primary guardian logging family hours, you may want to download the TrackItForward app. In the Apple App Store or Google Play, search for "Track It Forward" or "Volunteer Time Tracking". Look for this icon:

You can log in with your family account and easily track hours under the "Log Hours" section, either on the website or through the app.
Please Note: Each family is required to complete 40 hours of volunteering between July 1 and June 30 each school year or pay $30 per uncompleted hour.
