Apply to St. Louise School

We are excited that you are considering St. Louise School for your family! St. Louise offers a faith-filled, academically strong, and welcoming community where students are known, belong, and are prepared for success in the classroom and beyond.

We accept applications throughout the year in grade levels where space is available. Applications for the 2027–28 school year will open October 1, 2026. Because some grade levels fill quickly, we encourage families to inquire early about availability.

The best way to get to know St. Louise is to experience our community in person. We offer several opportunities throughout the year to help families learn more about our programs, meet our people, and see our school in action.

First Look Fridays are a great place to begin and include Q&A time with our principal, an ambassador-led campus tour, and classroom observations.

We also offer an Early Childhood Preview Morning and Middle School Preview Night for a more in-depth look at these programs and dedicated Q&A time with teachers and staff.

Our Winter Open House welcomes the entire family to explore campus, meet faculty and staff, and connect with current St. Louise families.

Getting to Know Your Child

Our application process is designed to help us get to know your child and better understand their educational experience. Families will be asked to provide several supporting items, which may include:

Previous report cards
Standardized test scores, when applicable
Teacher recommendation

Assessment & Classroom Visit

Students may also participate in an assessment and/or classroom visit. This gives our teachers a chance to meet your child, learn more about their strengths and needs, and help ensure St. Louise will be a place where they can thrive.

Admissions Decisions

Once the application is complete and any required assessment or classroom visit has taken place, our Admissions Team will review everything and be in touch with next steps. Timing may vary depending on grade-level availability and when an application is received.
