St. Louise Parish School is dedicated to making a Catholic education affordable and accessible for families through a range of tuition assistance opportunities.

Commitment to Affordability

We strive to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent families from choosing St. Louise School. Each year, we award approximately $185,000 in tuition assistance, reflecting our commitment to serving families from a variety of financial backgrounds.

Our financial aid programs are designed to support families who value Catholic education and need assistance making tuition more affordable.

One Application — Two Opportunities for Aid

Families apply for tuition assistance by completing the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. This one application is used to determine eligibility for both St. Louise School tuition assistance and, for qualifying families, an additional grant through the Fulcrum Foundation.

Application deadlines:

  • Current St. Louise families: December 31, 2026
  • Newly applying families: January 31, 2027
  • Fulcrum Foundation grant consideration: December 31, 2026

Important for newly applying families: While new families have until January 31, 2027 to apply for St. Louise tuition assistance, families who would also like to be considered for the additional Fulcrum Foundation grant must complete their FACTS application by December 31, 2026.

We encourage families to apply by December 31 whenever possible so they can be considered for all available tuition assistance opportunities.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment on the FACTS website.
  2. Upload all required financial documentation.
  3. Submit your completed application by the deadline that applies to your family.

No separate Fulcrum financial aid application is required.

Eligibility & Confidentiality

All families demonstrating financial need are encouraged to apply. The review process is confidential and managed through the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to ensure an equitable and private evaluation for every applicant.

Will I Qualify for Aid?

Many families wonder whether they will qualify for tuition assistance, and the answer depends on each family’s unique financial situation.

Tuition assistance is awarded based on demonstrated financial need. The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment considers a variety of factors, including:

  • Household income
  • Number of dependents
  • Cost of living and family expenses
  • Financial obligations such as childcare, medical costs, or educational expenses
  • Special circumstances that may impact a family’s financial picture

Because each family’s situation is different, there is no single income threshold that automatically qualifies or disqualifies a family from receiving aid.
