About Me

Before becoming a lead preschool teacher at St. Louise, I began my journey here in 2018 as a parent. My twin daughters, Lauren and Jane, are currently in the middle school program, and it's no exaggeration to say that my family cherishes this school and its community.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education from Gonzaga University, with primary endorsements in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Special Education. I spent several years as a Special Education Teacher in a Resource Room within the Lake Washington School District. After taking some time off to focus on my children, I returned to teaching at Joyful Discovery Preschool at Mary, Queen of Peace in Sammamish. In 2022, I transitioned to St. Louise when the school expanded its full-day preschool program.

I live in Issaquah with my husband, Patrick, our two children, and our golden retriever, Cody. As active parishioners at Mary, Queen of Peace, we enjoy being involved in our church and the MQP Youth Group. My passion for teaching in a Catholic school setting runs deep, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to practice and share my faith every day.

In my free time, I love supporting my daughters in their activities, traveling with my family, spending time outdoors (camping, hiking, biking), and cheering on my favorite Seattle sports teams. I look forward to having your child(ren) in my class this year and helping them develop an early love of learning!

“You are a child of God. You are wonderfully made, dearly loved, and precious in His sight.” (Psalm 139)
