About Me

As the sixth of seven children in an Army family, I grew up on the move—but always with my six built-in best friends by my side. After graduating from high school in New York, I moved across the country to attend the University of Washington, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences. It was there, during my freshman year, that I met my husband, and we’ve been together ever since.

We have two children—both proud graduates of St. Louise—and I am now a joyful grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren.

I have had the privilege of working in Seattle Archdiocesan schools for over 30 years, serving as a classroom teacher, substitute teacher, and administrator. I find great joy in working with students and helping them grow academically, spiritually, and personally. After a few years of teaching, I pursued further education and earned both a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Seattle University.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, quilting, reading, and making memories with my grandchildren.
