Tuition: An Investment in Your Child’s Future
At St. Louise Parish School, tuition is more than a cost — it’s an investment in your child’s education, faith, and future. Every dollar supports our mission to provide an excellent Catholic education rooted in academic excellence, service, and community.
We are committed to keeping tuition as affordable as possible while sustaining the high-quality programs, resources, and faculty that define St. Louise Parish School.
We award approximately $200,000 in tuition assistance each year, ensuring that all families who value our mission can join our community.

Active Parishioner Tuition
The Active Parishioner Rate reflects a tuition discount extended to families who participate fully in parish life. This partnership between parish and school supports our shared mission of nurturing children in faith, character, and service to others.
To qualify, families must:
- Be registered members of St. Louise Parish or one of our partner parishes.
- Attend Mass regularly and participate in parish activities.
- Contribute financially through identifiable giving (envelopes or online).
- Renew their stewardship commitment annually.
Parish membership and active participation are verified annually through the parish office. Families who do not maintain active status may be transitioned to the standard tuition rate for the following school year.
Family Commitments
To help maintain affordable tuition and strengthen community involvement, each family agrees to:
- Volunteer Hours: Contribute 40 volunteer hours each school year through parish or school activities. Families who prefer not to volunteer may pay $30/hour to meet this commitment.
- Fundraising Participation: Tuition and fees cover only a portion of the cost of education. Families help bridge the gap by supporting key fundraising events:
- Annual Fund: Make an annual donation.
- Auction: Donate or procure item(s) valued at $250 or more.
- Walk-A-Thon: Contribute or collect pledges of $100 (one student) or $200 (family total).
Additional Expenses
In addition to tuition, families should anticipate a few supplemental costs throughout the school year. These vary by grade level and student participation, and examples with approximate costs are listed below:
- Re-enrollment Fee: $100 per student (due each spring to reserve enrollment for the following year)
- Uniforms: Approximately $150 per student, per year
- School Supplies: Around $100 per student, per year
- Optional Extracurricular Activities: Average $150 per trimester (clubs, CYO sports, music, etc.)
- Field Trips and Enrichment Activities: Costs vary by grade level and program
These fees are reviewed annually and are designed to maintain affordable tuition while providing students with a rich, well-rounded educational experience.
