Tuition Rates

At St. Louise School, we are committed to providing an excellent faith-based education at an affordable rate. We also offer financial aid to ensure that a St. Louise education is accessible to all families, with approximately 12% of students receiving assistance each year. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment that fosters both academic excellence and spiritual growth, making St. Louise School a standout choice for families seeking quality education with strong values.

The chart below reflects the tuition rates for the 2025-26 school year.  Parents have the option to pay in one lump sum at the beginning of the school year, or in 12 monthly payments (July through June).

Contributing Parishioner Qualifications:

  • Be registered in St. Louise Parish and regularly participate in Sunday Eucharist, gathering as a parish community to worship.

  • Demonstrate a consistent amount of financial support to the parish by making a commitment of planned giving through the annually renewed Stewardship commitment card and making a good faith effort to fulfill that commitment through regular contributions.

  • A family may also qualify for the Contributing Parishioner tuition rate if arrangements have been made with the pastor or business administrator of a neighboring, financially supporting parish of St. Louise. These parishes include Mary, Queen of Peace Parish (Sammamish), Holy Innocents Parish (Duvall), St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish (Woodinville), St. Jude Parish (Redmond) and St. Anthony Mission (Carnation). Please contact your parish administrator for more information.

Additional Annual Family Obligations

Family Volunteer Hours:

  • To help maintain affordable tuition and encourage family involvement, St. Louise Parish School requires each family to contribute at least 40 volunteer hours annually. These hours can be fulfilled through school or parish activities, and families who prefer not to volunteer can opt to pay $26 per hour to meet the requirement. This ensures that parents are actively engaged in their child's educational experience while supporting the broader school community.

Support of School Fundraising Efforts:

  • Tuition and fees only partially cover the actual cost of education; therefore, parents agree to participate in school advancement efforts and fundraising as follows:
    • St. Louise School Annual Fund Campaign - make an annual donation
    • Auction - Donate or procure item(s) at a minimum value of $250
    • Walk-A-Thon - Donate or collect pledges totaling $100 for one student, or $200 for families with 2 or more students
    • Charger Card Scrip Program - Purchase cards earning the school a minimum of $125 in rebates or opt out of the program for $200.
