It's Official! Our own second grade teacher, Cherie McIntosh, was named a 2015 Symetra "Hero in the Classroom" for outstanding leadership and Instruction Skills! With Symetra's partnership with the Seahawk's, along with this distinction came a $1,000 check for Cherie to spend in her classroom, a personalized jersey, and VIP treatment at the upcoming Seahawk game on September 27th! This was a complete and total surprise for Cherie. Just two years ago, our Kindergarten teacher, Karen Alleman, was honored with this same award.
