Kids’ Club: Before & After School Care
St. Louise Kids’ Club provides a safe, nurturing, and structured before and after-school care program for St. Louise students. Our program supports busy families while giving students a welcoming place to play, read, enjoy activities, and spend time with friends before and after the school day.
Kids’ Club is available for students in Kindergarten–8th grade in the Lavelle Center/Gymnasium. Preschool and Pre-K students participate in after-school care in the dedicated Early Childhood wing.

7:00–8:10 AM, Monday–Friday
After School Care
Available for Preschool–8th grade students
2:10–5:45 PM on Wednesdays
3:10–5:45 PM on regular school days

Kids’ Club follows the same policies and behavioral expectations as St. Louise School. We value parent communication and partnership. Families with questions, concerns, or suggestions may contact the school office or Kids’ Club Director, Marilu De La Torre.

Drop-In Kids’ Club Registration
Kids’ Club provides before-school care for students in Grades K–8 from 7:00–8:20 AM and after-school care for Preschool–Grade 8 from dismissal until 5:45 PM. Drop-in care is $15 per hour.
New This Year: Register Through SchoolPass
Drop-in Kids’ Club registration is now managed through SchoolPass. Families may register using the SchoolPass mobile app or website.
Step 1: Get Started with SchoolPass
If you have not used SchoolPass before:
- Download the SchoolPass app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Find your welcome email from SchoolPass, which contains your temporary login information.
- Open the app and log in using your assigned username/email and temporary password. You may be prompted to update your password the first time you sign in.
- Once logged in, you will see your student(s) on your family dashboard.

Step 2: Register for Kids’ Club
From the SchoolPass app:
- Tap the + at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Activity.
- Select the student who will attend Kids’ Club.
- Tap Choose Activity.
- Select Kids’ Club.
- Tap Continue.
- Select the specific date(s) you need care or choose a recurring schedule.
- Tap Submit. You should see a Success! message confirming your registration.
Once registered, your child will appear on the Kids’ Club roster and will be checked in by Kids’ Club staff when they attend. At pickup, a staff member will have you check your child out so we can safely release students and accurately track care time.
Change of Plans?
If you register your child for Kids’ Club but no longer need care that day - please cancel the activity in SchoolPass or let the office know, you will not be charged if your child is not checked in.
You can also review or delete scheduled changes by selecting the Calendar icon in SchoolPass.
