Kids’ Club: Before & After School Care
St. Louise Kids’ Club provides a safe, nurturing, and structured before and after-school care program for St. Louise students. Our program supports busy families while giving students a welcoming place to play, read, enjoy activities, and spend time with friends before and after the school day.
Kids’ Club is available for students in Kindergarten–8th grade in the Lavelle Center/Gymnasium. Preschool and Pre-K students participate in after-school care in the dedicated Early Childhood wing.
Hours of Operation
Before School Care
Available for Kindergarten–8th grade students only
7:00–8:10 AM, Monday–Friday
After School Care
Available for Preschool–8th grade students
2:10–5:45 PM on Wednesdays
3:10–5:45 PM on regular school days

Program Highlights
- Safe and Welcoming Environment: Students are supervised by caring staff in a structured setting that aligns with St. Louise School expectations.
- Age-Appropriate Activities: Students enjoy crafts, games, story time, outdoor play, rest, snacks, and social time.
- Convenient for Families: Families may choose yearlong care or use drop-in care when occasional support is needed.
Drop-In After-School Care
St. Louise also offers drop-in after-school care for students in Preschool–8th grade when occasional care is needed.
- Who: Students in Preschool–8th grade
- Cost: $15 per hour, per child
- How to Register: Families must complete the drop-in registration form by 7:00 PM the night before care is needed.
Parent Partnership
Kids’ Club follows the same policies and behavioral expectations as St. Louise School. We value parent communication and partnership. Families with questions, concerns, or suggestions may contact the school office or Kids’ Club Director, Marilu De La Torre.
